We are two women-owned businesses based in Florida:
 

Gliss Consulting, LLC– A creative agency specializing in accessible website design, branding, photography, and PR, primarily serving law firms, nonprofits, and growing businesses.
 

Robinson Burnett, PLLC – A modern law firm that partners with entrepreneurs, agencies, and professionals to provide strategic, practical legal guidance.
 

We’re both busy, growing quickly, and looking for the right person to grow with us.

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations & Web Support Coordinator to help keep both businesses running smoothly.

 

This is a part-time, remote position with flexible hours (approximately 15–20 hours per week to start), ideal for someone who is returning to the workforce, scaling back from a full-time role, or looking for meaningful, flexible work.

 

What You’ll Do:

 

  • Client & Project Coordination (Both Businesses)

 

  • Track active clients and projects across both businesses

 

  • Follow up on outstanding items (documents, approvals, next steps)

 

  • Help ensure nothing falls through the cracks

 

  • Assist with inbox organization and drafting responses as needed

 

  • Law Firm Admin & Time Tracking Support

 

  • Help monitor and organize time entries in Clio

 

  • Assist with preparing invoices and flagging missing time

 

  • Keep client files organized in Google Drive

 

  • Web & Design Support (Gliss Consulting)

 

Make simple website edits (primarily Wix) such as:

 

  • updating text and images

 

  • implementing requested changes

 

  • formatting pages based on direction

 

  • Assist with basic content updates and site maintenance

 

General Operations Support

 

  • Help manage task lists and weekly priorities

 

  • Coordinate with contractors (e.g., social media support)

 

  • Support client onboarding and internal organization

 

Who You Are

 

  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented

 

  • Comfortable following up and keeping others on track

 

  • Tech-comfortable and willing to learn new systems

 

  • A strong communicator (clear, professional, and kind)

 

  • Able to work independently and manage your time well

 

  • Bonus (Not Required, But Helpful)

 

  • Experience with Wix, WordPress, or similar platforms

 

  • Familiarity with Honeybook, Clio, or other CRM/project tools

 

  • Background in legal admin, agencies, or client services
